Moodle is a secure website used by teachers and students for online learning. A course can be created in Moodle and accessed by students at home or in the classroom. For teachers who want to explore blended learning (class work available inside and outside the classroom) Moodle is a good choice. Moodle also supports social learning such as Wikis, Blogs and Forums, all of which are securely password protected.
